SELFCHARGE, INC. ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH MEGMEET LTD.

SelfCHARGE, Inc. is pleased to announce a new alliance with SHENZHEN MEGMEET ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd. (MEGMEET), a designer and manufacturer of custom AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies based in China. This alliance will enable SelfCHARGE to offer a wider range of power supply options for its Portable Power Products. At the same time, the alliance will allow SelfCHARGE to expand into Asia's skyrocketing electronics market through joint product development agreements with MEGMEET.

Under the terms of this alliance, SelfCHARGE will provide:

• Sales and marketing of MEGMEET products co-developed with SelfCHARGE in the U.S., under the SelfCHARGE company umbrella.
• U.S.-based technical interface to MEGMEET's development group in Shenzhen, China.
• Development of firmware and system communications for intelligent power products.

In return, MEGMEET will provide:

• AC/DC and DC/DC converter products for battery chargers and docking stations designed and manufactured by SelfCHARGE.
• Custom AC/DC and DC/DC power converters for non-portable applications such as IT equipment, LCD displays, test & measurement equipment, data communications, and data storage.

"The low-cost manufacturing produced by this alliance will allow us to offer enhanced product features at a lower cost to our clients."

While SelfCHARGE has gained a reputation for expertise in the design and manufacture of battery packs and battery chargers, it has less expertise in AC/DC power conversion products. MEGMEET's experience in magnetics design and component selection -- key to production of efficient, reliable, low-cost AC/DC converters -- and their well-established supply chain for buying parts for these types of products, made them the perfect partner for SelfCHARGE in this venture.
